Use Austostrada (highway) A22 to exit Chiusa-Val Gardena. From there follow signs to Val Gardena/Ortisei.
By train :
You may take a train to the stations of Bolzano/Bozen or Bressanone/Brixen. From there regular bus services bring you to Val Gardena.
